Appointment 1: Minn-LInK Research Assistant will work with the Minn-LInK team to develop training for child welfare professionals based on knowledge gained through theMinn-LInK project and will assist in Minn-LInK infrastructure development. Duties will include creating and editing an on-line training for child welfare professionals, development of matched child welfare-education databases, and collaboration on research activities (e.g., literature reviews, data analysis, development of Minn-LInK briefs and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals, etc.).

Appointment 2: Title IV-E Child Welfare Evaluation Research Assistant will work with the CASCW Director of Research & Evaluation on CASCW’s Title IV-E Child Welfare longitudinal evaluation, which was developed to assess the preparation of current and future social workers for work in public and tribal child welfare. Duties will include conducting literature reviews, designing a retention and leadership survey, collecting and analyzing data, developing reports and manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals, and presenting to various stakeholder audiences.
