About SPH Student Senate

The Student Senate is a group of public health students across the School of Public Health. The Student Senate provides a voice for students and allows you to get involved in student government, plan social activities, network with departments, work with faculty, demonstrate leadership skills, and develop creative solutions to new challenges.

Our Mission

To provide a voice for the student body and to improve the quality of the educational experience for its students.

How to Get Involved

  • Meetings: Our meetings are held every other Thursday from 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. starting Sept. 29, 2016, open to elected Senate Members.
  • Events: SPH Senate social events and community service are held on a monthly basis and are open to all SPH students.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Google Calendar our Events!
  • Apply for a SPH Student Senate grant.
