The US Congress in the past few years has been the least productive in recent history, too polarized and dysfunctional to pass meaningful legislation. Is it possible for Congress to be reformed and work past the partisan divide? Former Congressmen Tom Davis and Martin Frost tackle this question in their new book The Partisan Divide: Congress in Crisis. Congressman Frost will discuss the external factors that affect this hyper-partisan behavior in addition to addressing solutions for Congress to overcome its differences. Former Congressman Tim Penny will moderate.
