PSG is comprised of three branches: executive, legislative, and judicial. The PSG Code is a codification of all Acts of Congress, Executive Orders, and Supreme Court Opinions. It brings together all decisions of each Branch.
The Executive Branch implements congressional Acts, represents students, and manages the organization’s finances. In so doing, it issues Executive Orders, which include pronouncements made by the President, Enactments of the PSG Code, Appointments, etc.
The Legislative Branch is comprised of the Congress, which is made up of Representatives, Government Officials, and Student Senators. Congress passes Acts of Congress, which include Resolutions, Position Statements, Appropriations, and Amendments to the PSG Code.
