The Student National Medical Association (SNMA) is mentoring program between medical and pre-medical students within the Twin Cities area, and the nation’s oldest and largest student organization for students of color and minority communities.
Each year, SNMA sponsors a food drive, where the first year medical students compete with the second year medical students to raise the most funds for families in need. The money goes directly to Second Harvest Heartland to provide meals to hungry children, hardworking families, and struggling seniors.
