Dear students, colleagues, and friends,

We would like to request your presence and participation in an upcoming event about diversity and equity issues at the University of Minnesota and surrounding community: “What do U Care About? What We Care About.”

This event is in response from graduate and professional students and community members to open dialogue across differences at the University of Minnesota. We recognize that the University has created benchmarks toward equity and diversity, and would like you to join us in discussing these topics and creating positive change on campus.

The event will feature performances by Truartspeaks and food will be provided. The event will be on Tuesday, March 8 from 5-9 pm in Coffman Memorial Union – The Great Hall. Please spread the word and register for the event here: RSVP.

Please forward to those who would care.

Thanks, and we hope to see you there!

This event is made possible by the Graduate and Professional Student in Education and Human Development (GradSEHD), the Public Affairs Student Association (PASA), the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD), Truartspeaks, and the YWCA of Minneapolis.
